However, following these simple steps, it is possible to configure Dynamic DNS for the Bbox2 and thus allowing access to internal resources using a common dns name.
- Create a free account at dyn.com and choose a hostname
- Go to the web administration of your Bbox2, specifying these login details:
http://IP_address_of_your_BBOX2/index.cgi?user_name=admin&password=BGCVDSL2 - Clear the address bar of your browser and enter this Javascript command:
javascript:mimic_button('goto: 9037..') - Choose WAN PPoE as the connection to update
- Enter the username, password and hostname details of the previous created account at dyn.com

Wim,
I just tried (and thanks for the admin default pass)...but when I try the page by clearing the address bar and inviking the javascript alone : nothing happens.
Any idea ?
You won't believe it but it's a matter of Browser. It seems the latest Firefox won't execute javascript statements from the address bar as such...at least that's my conclusion because once in Chrome, the same statement worked.
